Terms and Conditions
By placing a wholesale order with Makedo Pty Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
CAST, IN ORDER OF APPEARANCE
Makedo Pty Ltd - that’s us! Hereafter referred to as Makedo. We design, manufacture and supply Makedo product.
Customer - that’s you! You purchase Makedo product and sell it through your own sales channel/s.
PLACING AN ORDER
Customer orders can be placed at the wholesale site b2b.make.do
Orders will enter our system as DRAFT orders and will be reviewed by the Makedo sales team within 24hrs.
Once the details of the order are confirmed by Makedo the order will be FINALISED and a digital invoice including any applicable freight charges will be emailed to the Customer.
The order will be pushed to the Makedo warehouse for fulfilment after customer payment is received, or prior to payment if the customer account is on terms.
Changes to or cancellation of orders must be emailed to email@example.com prior to payment of the invoice.
Note that a minimum order value applies to AU orders: AU$300
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE
Makedo maintains a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy to protect both the Makedo brand and our family of resellers.
All resellers are requested to advertise the price of Makedo at the MSRP (Manufactured Suggested Retail Price) as indicated on the wholesale price list.
Limited time discounts such as storewide sales, incentives (package deals or free shipping), loyal customer rewards etc. are acceptable.
Makedo will strive to give notice regarding any price changes, however prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT AND TERMS
Payment details are specified on each invoice.
Methods of payment are: EFT bank transfer or credit card (Stripe).
We cannot accept payment by cheque.
Customers can apply for credit terms by submitting a credit sheet and references to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers with accumulated orders of more than $1,500 for one calendar year will be considered for NET15 credit terms.
Customers with accumulated orders of more than $5,000 for one calendar year will be considered for NET30 credit terms.
Makedo reserves the right to remove credit terms at any time.
Orders will be delivered to the address entered when placing the order. Note that multiple addresses can be saved in the B2B Portal.
Any changes to the nominated delivery address for a placed order must be emailed to email@example.com prior to despatch.
If you have specific receiving requirements or would like to nominate your own shipping account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can update our system accordingly.
Orders will ship from Abbotsford VIC 3067
$30 flat rate.
Free freight applies to orders over $1000 to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA
Free freight applies to orders over $2000 to WA and NT
Makedo does not accept return of goods for unsold goods or change of mind.
If you received a damaged item, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of delivery to request a credit or replacement
The Customer is authorised to sell Makedo through their own primary sales channels (physical &/or online stores) only. Sales of Makedo outside these primary sales channels must be approved by Makedo in writing prior to selling.
Any third party sales channels (such as Amazon, eBay, etc) managed by the Customer must be disclosed prior to initial order.
We are not accepting any Amazon and eBay resellers at this time.
Makedo is designed to meet and exceed international safety standards for toys.
All our products are independently tested to an age grading of 3+ and comply to the following international standards:
· ASTM F963
· Canada Toys Regulations SOR
· EU REACH / EN71
· AS/NZS 8124

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
These Terms and Conditions and any contract made between Makedo and the Customer hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance within the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
